The American Farm Bureau Federation was awarded a gold award in the best video category of the Association TRENDS’ 2022 Trendy Awards. The competition is open to trade associations representing every industry across the nation.
The top prize was awarded for Farm Bureau’s “Sustainability: It’s Just What We Do” video, which features perspectives on sustainable agriculture from Farm Bureau members Tara Vander Dussen from New Mexico, Doug Darling from Michigan and Kamal Bell from North Carolina.
“AFBF couldn’t be more proud that the work we have done to highlight the sustainability stories of our outstanding members was recognized by Association TRENDS,” said AFBF President Zippy Duvall. “The creation of this video wouldn’t have been possible without the collaboration of the state Farm Bureaus we traveled to and of course the members featured in the video who so generously invited us to tell their stories. I extend my thanks and congratulations to them as well.”
The TRENDY Awards is an annual competition held for trade associations of all types nationwide. The stated goal is to recognize the most creative and effective communication vehicles developed over the prior year. The 2022 competition included entries in 26 categories of association communications.
Association TRENDS is dedicated to providing association executives and industry partners the training, data and insights they need to better understand and serve their organizations.
American Farm Bureau Federation is leading the discussion about sustainability in agriculture as a co-founder of Farmers for a Sustainable Future and the Food and Agriculture Climate Alliance, as well as our commitment to telling U.S. agriculture’s sustainability story.
