FUSION Conference

The Farm Bureau FUSION Conference brings together over 1,000 volunteer leaders from the three Farm Bureau program areas--Promotion & Education, Women’s Leadership and Young Farmers & Ranchers--to learn, share and grow together to build a stronger Farm Bureau.
Target Training
Recurring Event
Target Training is a premier consumer engagement training for Farm Bureau members from any state who are passionate about sharing agriculture with the general public. This event occurs every other year (even years) and focuses on inspiring and equipping participants to successfully convey the significance of agriculture and bridge the gap between field and fork.
Young Farmers & Ranchers Leadership Conference

The objective of the Young Farmers & Ranchers annual leadership conference is to surface, grow and develop young Farm Bureau members and provide them opportunities and experiences to strengthen their leadership and ensure effective Farm Bureaus.
Women's ACE (Advocate, Cultivate, Empower) Summit
Recurring Event
ACE Summit takes place during the summer on even years and is open to all Farm Bureau women. This event inspires and equips women in agriculture as strong leaders and advocates by offering advocacy training, networking, and leadership development. The purpose of ACE Summit is to build a sustainable future by growing women leaders, engaging them with lawmakers and advancing agricultural advocacy.
Virtual & On Demand Experiences
Farm Bureau Members can benefit from community experiences without leaving the farm by taking advantage of online classes and real-time virtual meetups.
