American Farm Bureau Federation’s David Salmonsen appeared on NPR’s Morning Edition story to discuss the possible impact of China’s response to American tariffs on their steel and aluminum exports.  Salmonsen, AFBF senior director of congressional relations, explained that while agriculture is always one of the first to get hit by retaliation, agriculture trade with China has been good and re-engagement with regions like the Asia-Pacific could provide growth opportunities.
